A Fall Wedding at Impression Farms
There are some weddings that linger in your heart long after the last song fades — and Brittany and Matt’s day at Impression Farms was absolutely one of those.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Michigan’s fall colors, their wedding was filled with warmth, laughter, and the kind of love that only grows deeper through life’s seasons. The crisp autumn air, golden leaves, and cozy blankets draped over chairs for guests created the most inviting atmosphere — perfectly fitting for a couple who makes everyone around them feel at home.
Between them, Brittany and Matt share eight incredible kids, and watching their blended family come together was one of the most beautiful parts of the day. Every glance, every joyful tear, every embrace spoke volumes about how deeply they all love one another. It wasn’t just two people becoming one — it was the celebration of a family uniting in the most heartfelt way.
From start to finish, their wedding was a reflection of who Brittany and Matt are — thoughtful, genuine, and centered on the people they love most. Throughout the day, there were countless personal touches and meaningful gifts, each one showing that even on their wedding day, they wanted to make it about others.
Brittany looked absolutely radiant, thanks to the talented team at Happily Ever After Bridal Glam Co, who created the perfect timeless, glowing bridal look. DJ Fury with Savoy Entertainment was a master at bringing the energy throughout the day and into the night. And the way the videographer, Tudor Rose Productions, captured the emotion of the day — the laughter, the tears, and every little in-between moment — ensured that these memories will be cherished for years to come.
One of my favorite moments came when we slipped away to the Blue Water Bridge for portraits. Not only is it a breathtaking landmark, but it holds such special meaning for Brittany and Matt. It was, quite literally, the place that connected their lives — Brittany from the Canadian side and Matt from the American. When the border was closed during COVID, the very first time they laid eyes on each other was under that bridge, waving across the water that separated them.
To stand there with them on their wedding day — together at last, hand in hand, under that same bridge that once kept them apart — was a full-circle moment I’ll never forget.
Brittany and Matt, your wedding was a celebration of love, faith, and family in the most beautiful way. Thank you for letting me capture the story of your day — and the start of this new chapter together.
